PLO (Program Learning Outcomes) atau Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan (CPL) adalah daftar kemampuan utama—yang mencakup Sikap, Penguasaan Pengetahuan, Keterampilan Umum/Sarjana dan Keterampilan Khusus—yang wajib dikuasai oleh mahasiswa pada saat mereka lulus dari program studi Film dan Animasi. Dalam sistem pendidikan berbasis hasil (OBE), PLO berfungsi sebagai cetak biru yang mendefinisikan standar kompetensi lulusan; oleh karena itu, semua kegiatan belajar-mengajar, materi kuliah, dan penilaian di dalam kurikulum program studi kami dirancang secara sistematis dan terstruktur untuk memastikan setiap mahasiswa benar-benar mencapai bahkan melampaui setiap PLO tersebut di akhir masa studi mereka.
